Specialising in residential smoke alarm compliance, we assist Real Estates/Property Managers with their ‘duty of care”, Landlords with their legal responsibilities and home owners wanting to keep their families safe.

GV Smoke Alarms provides an annual smoke alarm service, inspection, replacement and certification to meet Australian Standard – AS3786

We also ensure the property is fitted with smoke alarms that meet the Australian Standards and are correctly positioned as outlined in the Building Code of Australia.

With an in-depth understanding of relevant legislation and extensive training, all of our technicians provide a comprehensive service that is documented and recorded, providing you with peace of mind.
