Ensuring the correct quantity and location of smoke alarms are installed
Our annual service includes:
- Ensuring smoke alarms are positioned correctly and repositioning existing smoke alarms if required
- Replace all smoke alarm batteries
- Cleaning to ensure ventilation holes are clear of obstructions such as insects and debris
- Checking and recording the expiry date of every alarm
- Complete full function test on every alarm including testing the alarm with artificial smoke
- Issuing certificate of compliance for the property for peace of mind
- When required we ONLY install Photoelectric Smoke Alarms
